To create an authentic Royal Thai banquet, RAMA Thai recruited several local Thai chef to reinterpret the classic Thai cuisines. Using only the freshest king crabs, shrimps, scallops, and etc., RAMA Thai strictly monitors its imported seafood and other ingredients to make sure it’s 100% authentic Thai. Take RAMA Thai’s customer’s favorite “Shrimp Pancake” as an example. Unlike the common method of using ground shrimp meat as fillings, RAMA Thai ensures every single one of its shrimp pancakes are carefully covered by a golden, crisp covering, allowing customers to taste a wholesome shrimp texture. In addition, customers can dip these pancakes into a specially made sweet & sour sauce or honey sauce to make it an unforgettable mouth-watering food experience.
